Anyone have a good list of docs indicating "red shift" and DRE problems?

Does anybody have a concise, vetted list of documents / links that indicate "red shift" in 2004 (especially vs. 2000) and worsening anomalies and problems as DREs come in to more states?

Need rather quickly to send to a Dem State Senator.

which is not all about DREs, but certainly provides grist for the mill. This is about voting machine malfunctions, not red shift. The case that DREs induce red shift is not well established, in my professional opinion and that of colleagues whom I respect. Other concerns about DREs are much better established.

I don't need gist for the mill. I need a specific, compiled body of information, that has been asked for, and I need it fast.

I have been working on this since before 2004, I am aware of most of the usual sources, but I don't have a compilation of this info handy. I am simply asking if anybody does.
