Who has Florida PRECINCT data for touchscreen counties?

The negative total in Franklin, OH in 2000 that someone posted about confirms my suspicion about the 32,000+ "counting backwards" bug.

IT IS NOT COUNTING BACKWARDS

After 32,767 votes in a precinct, when they try to store into a 16-bit signed value, it will roll over to -32768. This means 65,536 VOTES PER PRECINCT ARE LOST FOR EACH OCCURENCE OF THIS BUG.

All it takes is 5 PRECINCTS, not counties, for this bug to reverse the outcome.

Going on vacation Saturday - time to start packing -- someone definately needs to look at this.

1. Link for list of links for the Supervisors of Elections in each county
http://www.ise.ufl.edu/iie/vote.htm

It's would be a matter of digging through each site. Only a few sites have posted results broken down by precincts.

2. I doubt many precincts have anywhere close to that many voters

Don't precincts generally only have a few thousand voters?

3. Apparently some have a lot more..
It reversed an amendment decision in Broward County, how do they know it didn't affect other races?

4. Do they sum the totals at a county-wide office?
Don't all precincts send their machines, ballots, etc to be counted at a county-wide office, or am I mistaken?

5. I think they do
something else stinks....

I went and grabbed the broward stats from their site -- the most registered voters any precinct is listed as having is 3575, so how the heck did they hit 32k on the amendment votes... unless it really isn't a precinct level issue?
