PROPOSAL: Online Independent Media Voting Truth Alliance....
Dear Online Media Providers,

Here at Scoop we have some ideas for developing the USACOUP page into the basis of an Independent Media Voting Truth Alliance.

This would work around reciprocal link agreements websites covering the BBV issue. Basically – all those courageous online media who have as yet not been afraid to tell the truth about black box voting machines.

Plus can also advertise petitions etc... in this space too.

If people think this idea is worth pursuing I can write up some kind of proposal letter and then people can start seeking out BBV websites and send em invitations to participate.
