For those of you who are not familiar with his story, Clint Curtis is a computer programmer who testified in Congress that an elected Florida official (Tom Feeney) requested that he build a computer program that could, without detection, flip the votes in an electronic voting machine. This “computer hack” would allow a person or political party to take secret control of voting machines, thereby deciding who would win an election, regardless of the actual votes that have been cast.
