Theory: dem. candidates in "red" districts should be easier to get onboard
I mean how likely is it that you'll win running in a diebold state in a red district, county, or state?

Isn't there an opportunity in getting the losing democrats to band together and demand real effort on the election security problem?

1. we need the WINNING democrats implementing real reform!!!
then maybe we won't have so many losing democrats.

and lots of this implementing can be done at the state and local level, not just by congress.
