Best sites & resources for election fraud NEWBIES ?
Edited on Fri Jun-16-06 04:00 PM by IndyOp
I am working on a document I am boldly entitling, "Toward a National Strategy for Local Election Justice Advocates." I am working locally to educate citizens and party officials about electon fraud and strategies for election protection. In writing this doc I am gathering the "best of" information for people who want to help me - and maybe for others...

I have a list of websites & resources that I think will be most useful to NEWBIES -- did I miss a site and/or a resource that is very important? (I don't think of the DU Election Reform Forum as being for newbies, maybe I am wrong?)

:redbox: Election Protection Program includes volunteer poll monitors, civil rights lawyers and advocates who preserve access to the polls, expose and prevent voter intimidation, work with election officials to identify and solve problems with new voting machines, technology and ballot forms, and protect voter rights.

3. Good God, Pastor's comments/lack thereof are stunning...
"Upon the conclusion of Pastor’s somewhat predictable, though amiable remarks, Chairperson Larry English asked the audience if there were any questions. When Lynn Landes, Bev Harris, Robert Hayes Phillips, and others lined up at the side of the room, the rest of us had an idea about what was about to ensue. As for Pastor, he appeared clueless. But he soon took on a deer in the headlights look as the questions began: He could not aptly answer Landes’ question about why major voting machine vendors’ ties to the Republican party had not been addressed by his commission; when asked by Harris why she and her team who had executed hacks on the voting systems had not been invited to testify, his response was "I don’t need to know how the machines were hacked"; when Phillips stated his qualifications and his analytical conclusion that the election was stolen, and asked if he was going to be invited to testify before the Baker Carter Commission, and if not, why not, Pastor’s response was We don’t need such detailed information. We are trying to keep our focus on more generic issues."

4. Its time to sue. Congress will not do anything. It is now up to us
and protests will only be ignored. We must start suing for all the wrongs this administration is responsible for. See my bring on the law suits post in GD politics.

5. Bobby Kennedy said that lawsuits would be started. I was listening to
his Air America radio show last Saturday; he was discussing his book. He said that they had plans to begin serious lawsuits including against the electronic machine vendors to shut them down. Has anyone else heard this, or know anything more about these plans?

6. Lawsuits in New Mexico continue...
They are part of the reason why New Mexico Governor just signed a law requiring paper ballots -

If you want to track information about lawsuits keep an eye on the Election Reform Daily Thread here at DU and also VoteTrust.org -- all the news about election fraud/justice that is happening.

7. thankyou for doing this
I like to keep my old vvlobbydays updated with the basic info. Sometimes there is so much that I've seen where people will jump into a forum (like the PF on OLS) and NOT know much background and it's like any education- you have to have something to build on to grasp the concepts and comprehend the more complex details.

Greg has a website at gregpalast.com. There are several great election articles there, amidst other articles.

15. Does US Count Votes have recommendations for what
people can DO to audit their own elections? Or to enlist experts at US Count Votes to audit elections?

I am trying to focus on what a handful of good people with energy and determination can do in their neck of the woods to save the world...
