HELP WANTED: DU needs a DU BBV cleanup crew... sign up here..Nothing to onerous will be expected. But we really need some organisation around here. If you are willing to do any of the following tasks...

- Kick important threads
- Send emails
- Write letters to the editor
- Help with statistical analysis
- Make graphics
- Compile links - including links to related DU threads (i.e. what Eloriel has been doing)
- Google
- Watch TV and tell us what you see
- (and probably a few more I haven't thought of yet)

Then we want you. And we want you now.

Also if you know anyone around here that is likely to want to join the team then please ask them and refer them to the following thread to sign up.

Here in Oregon, we vote by mail...so we've not experienced any fraud or ballot tampering (well....that we know of). But, we are both glued to the computer, and in particular the DU forum for information on "Votergate". Thanks for such a great forum. We are indeed "blogoholics"

So -- having said that, we're here to help in any way we can. We can make phone calls, do LTEs, pass links through, copy off

information. We don't know if we can bear to watch MSM :nuke:
but in the name of democracy, freedom and truth, we can if we must.

I and others want to forward info, but time-consuming to figure out key links; e.g., I circulated an e-mail w/ form ltr referring to good Wikipedia summary, which may soon be pulled.

I'd love to be able to get ONE, good, sane-sounding link per day that provides lots of factual info re- why we need an official investigation. Also interested in form letters, compilations, etc.

lol We were brainstorming and trying to organize and this is pretty much the list we came up with.

Can I add?
Keep links to organizations that need donations for recount on home page.
Discuss a flyer that can go on cars or telephone posts that gets attention. (much as we did with the two face Bush)
Have an area where we can record answers to e-mails. (I've gotten a few interesting ones but feel they will just get lost in a thread.)
Maybe people can report what's happening on the ground in their area. Not in the state forums because there isn't much traffic there. And then if a situation arises, we can figure out how to help that area out. We are talking rallies in K.C. I signed up for Nov 3rd pledge and after searching the site by state, it seems once again there is no organization, no cohesive plan.

I am a night person to the extreme and I could kick some things that seem to die between 3am and 6am. Would that help?
