$100,000 Reward for Vote Fraud Evidence
Justice Through Music, which strongly supports the democratic principles of transparency and honesty in the electoral process, is offering at least a $100,000 reward to any person or persons who provide conclusive and verifiable evidence that the results of the 2004 presidential election were not correctly tabulated because of one or more of the following reasons: 1) hacking into the voting machines; 2) software or coding problems with voting or tabulating machines; 3) multiple counting by machines or humans, 4) improperly implanted codes in voting machines; 5) tampering with voting machines, voting cards or final tabulation numbers; 6) officials or machines not counting all the votes or adding votes; 7) official influence which changed vote totals, or 8) other problems with vote tabulation not noted here.

1. has anyone got anything that would fit into one of these 7 categories?
I've been following the vote fraud argument/evidence as closely as I can here on DU and around the blogosphere -- and it seems to me that various people have claimed to have discovered solid cases that would fit into these categories. If so, the $100,000 should be claimable now. Can anyone give me an example of that? Or does everything that has been collected so far amount to "inference," "indication," or some other weaker form of proof that would not qualify for this reward? Of course, the key words here are "conclusive" and "verifiable" -- and those offering the money can define that as they wish. But it seems all they are asking for is one cold case of tampering/hacking/abuse in one place. Do we have that yet?

2. This is good, I wish Soros or Hollywood liberals or anyone
with wealth would pad this reward and make it truly enticing.
Whoever comes forward is asking for a vicious attack campaign
by the right and is going to need a lot of money and support
to survive.

4. BUT! Note THIS caveat:"In order to receive the reward...
the evidence provided must be sufficient to affect the outcome of the presidential race.

A very important condition, IMO. :(

5. Until there are recounts
it will be very hard to find the descrepancies.

Plus without access to the machines or weblogs it is hard to verify tampering.

6. We need to beware this meme
It's also in the recent spate of articles dismissing voting problems as "conspiracy theorizing." The premise is that, if the problems, once investigated, don't add up to a different outcome, they are not relevant. Nothing could be further from the truth.
