Status of RFK Jr's lawsuit?

Last update I heard was they were waiting to see if the Government was going to take the case, and if they chose not to, then RFK and Pap would be able to pursue the case themselves (so they were hoping the gov't did not take it on). I remember Mike saying that the Government had 60 days to decide, but I never heard about the decision they made and it's been much more than 60 days. Did anyone catch what happened with that?

Hmm... Interesting that he said Ohio. RFK Jr. could have just said he was working on a case and stopped there.

involved in a different case right now. there's some kind of class action lawsuit relating to welding products. unfortunately this court document doesn't say the date, so I could be way off base, but he is listed in the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee:

me thinks, this suit could end the madness faster than anything. if the companies are found guilty of criminal action, that is the monkey wrench we've been waiting for.

I read somewhere that if the US AG doesn't take up the suit then they (Kennedy and Pap) could go to state AGs and if the state AGs don't pick it up then they would do it themselves. In the meantime Ohio has elected a Democrat (Marc Dann) to be AG and Dann made a campaign promise to prosecute violations in the 2004 election. So I wonder whether the Ohio AG being willing to take up the case would end the qui tam lawsuit and then the Ohio AG would take the reins. (Caveat: This is just speculation on my part and IANAL.)

longer with any benefit from going public. They've said several times that they have had people "pretty high up" in voting machine companies who are coming to them as whistleblowers. Maybe the case is even going forward right now and they are deposing voting machine employees. They may be working to gather as much information as possible before going to court, so that they can have maximum impact in court. It may be better to keep the story out of media right now.

My big hope: A BIG $$$$$ award from the lawsuit means that BIG $$$$$$ are poured back into states and counties so that they can replace ALL DREs with voter-marked paper ballot systems.

By the way - were you, by chance, listening to Mike Malloy (on NovaM) a few weeks ago when a caller said that he had a lot of inside information about the theft of the 2004 Election? Mike urged him to take it to Conyers, I wish Mike had told him to contact Levin Papantonio...
