Snohomish DRE case to appeals court on 4-18-07
I am arguing my case regarding touch screen voting in Snohomish County in the Court of Appeals, Division 1, at the One Union Square Bldg, 600 University Street, Seattle, WA (Ct. of Appeals in the lobby level) on April 18th at 9:30 a.m. or so.

I believe that it was an unconstitutional delegation to have the counting of votes delegated to a black box.
