OK, make that tomorrow *afternoon*, probably.
The students are staying home, but the teachers are supposed to show up. Right. Makes sense. If they come to their senses and send us back home, I hope they give us enough hours to pay for the gas it took to get there and back.....

5. OK, this is getting ridiculous.
Not only do I have to haul myself in to work for no reason, but it looks like we're not gonna get even an inch of rain out of it!

Reminds me of Rita (in our area), except at least for that one I didn't have to go in to work. (Spent the time hauling in patio furniture and tree limbs and getting a sunburn for nothing, not even any rain, so now that I think of it I'm not sure that wasn't worse than going in to work - and getting paid - for no reason..... ;) )
