OPEN SORES !! LOL............."You are correct, ma'am!"

That's a new one for me, I don't pick it all up on the first bounce, but that is a perennial "keeper" ~~ Open Sores. I can't think of a more devastating description, due to accuracy.

Open "Source" is one of the deadliest daggers yet directed at the heart of the Hand Counted Paper Ballots cause, and return to "real" voting process, in general. We must drive a stake through these vampiric "Open Sores" (Neck Bites?).

In fact, if there is a concept of voting process that is the "Undead" equivalent of what we are trying to do, one whose reflection will not show in a mirror, a la Count Vlad, it would be a whole process where machines are kept on the voting landscape, as now suddenly "secure" but, with just all the same sleight of hand. Now that they know that the country, if not world, is "on to them" as to the riggable ease of touch screens AND optical scammers, they want to fool us again, and make us think these machines can be "fixed." But the fix is already in, and will remain, if we allow these machines any place in our voting. Many countries, Ireland and England, etc., etc., etc., have tried these things, only to mothball millions of them without even ever using them, so clear did they see the danger.

Folks: there is simply no way to secure machine voting procedures, or any kind of software, no matter how "open." There are too many points of entry and attack, even with source as open as the through and through holes in the head of Alan Dechert and Brent Turner, and their other ilk at OVC ("Open" Voting Consortium, or some such magic widget) and any of the open sores pushers.

Any real expert in software security can vouch, and has (though mightily ignored whenever possible by MSM), that the chain of custody and hackability is just too infinitely variable and profound, to hinge our democratic hopes to these "Trojan Horse" contraptions.

We MUST have paper ballots counted in public view, with tallies and totals posted on the doors of the precincts, locally, for all the public to see. And, for eyes of the voting public, seen or unseen, to witness and verify and take note.

Don't let these "hacks" of "Open Source" show you up: they may be funded better than us grass roots democracy-lovers, but the Truth is our powerful "equalizer."

SO VOTE !! NOW.

Vote for Hand Counted Paper Ballots, at either site, or preferably both pages, above at change.org, and live to make your grandchildren proud of you, when you tell them you saved the world, and democracy.

Any other voting is far worse than just a crap shoot: it's letting them rig the "roulette wheel" (ours) over and over. What's worse: we won't survive it.
