Any Links for the OHIO 9 hr wait / improvised paper ballot debacle?
On one of the networks they said people have been waiting for over 9 hours in OH to vote.

One of the voter protection groups has sued, and won, for some improvised type of way to let these people vote besides making them stand out in the dark, cold rain well past midnight.

The story was reported and discussed by pundits about 30 min ago, I have not found any links. Does anyone have any links to verify this story?
