assumption - 10% increase in turnout over 2000

if turnout is lower, he will need a higher % of remaining votes

11. I added those votes to the K-B totals....
unfortunately, Kerry doesn't quite make it. I'm so discouraged.

It's exactly how I felt with Reagan was elected in 1980: devastated, in shock. How can the American people be so freaking stupid?
