flawed nevada vote certified - help needed and warning

the court challenge by rick newell davis was a republican smokescreen - do not support any efforts by newell or attorney martin crowley - they are apparently asking for reports of voter fraud, suppresion and donations in order to deep six them. newell is a business associate of secretary of state dean heller and a republican. CAFFEN is attempting to pursuade the greens, libertarians, or (fat chance) democrats to request a recount of washoe and clark counties before the deadline sunday. please support this grassroots effort to expose the fraud in nevada

btw there is no support staff to update this website so the information is a bit out of date - you can pm or email me through du for clarification or to offer any advise or contacts
thank you

4. Thanks -- could we get some DU researchers to
scope out the plaintiff and these attorneys -- Don Evans and Martin Crowley?

5. I'm new to DU...and I live in Nevada...
So I thought this would be a good time to jump into this discussion. I don't know these guys, Rick Newell or his attorney, Martin Crowley, other than what I have read in the local newspapers, etc. I get the impression that they are legit, but can't verify it for sure. Their story is included in a local liberal journalist's, Andrew Barbano, website: BallotBoxing.US and barbanomedia.com

Barbano is a labor union guy and does some local tv stuff. I don't think he would be supporting this effort if it weren't the real deal. I could be wrong. I know none of these people personally. I think Barbano also has a link to Patricia Axelrod's website, too, if I remember correctly. Anyway, I'll make a few calls. For being the second largest city in Nevada, Reno's still a small town. I'll also check with my in-laws, Native Nevadan's, who will fill me in on the scoop if they know it. They'll be over for Thanksgiving dinner. As for anyone's connection with our SOS, Dean Heller, I don't know that either. Again, Reno's a small town and the Repug/Dem thing gets a little skewed here in this Good Ol' Boy city.

6. they skewed the votes on Las Vegas' ten yr. old Sequoias
that had no printers. If you want to screw with the vote and have no paper trail, you eliminate, through hacking the central tabulator, every few votes for Kerry to Bush. 70% of Nevada's voters are in Las Vegas. Heller, the bastard, only put printers where Repukes were in the majority statewide. Of course there was voter fraud. Rove was here a year earlier and met with Heller and company....Dems couldn't keep up with the manipulations...these repukes are low.

7. Yes...
And Heller stated over and over, interview after interview, about how he had insisted on a paper trail here in Nevada, misleading us all. It wasn't until I looked closely back at some of those articles from a few months ago that I realized Clark County did not have machines with a paper trail. Also, I don't trust the paper trail e-vote machines anyway. They could be rigged easily, too, it seems. They could be programmed to print one candidate but tally a vote for another. Maybe if you can get a recount and compare the votes, we could verify the credibility of these paper trail machines. Anyway, I cringe when I hear or read Heller talking about how "smoothly" things went here in Nevada, and making himself look so heroic for having the paper trail vote.
