Anyone know the situation in Hamilton County?

CNN says that only half of the vote has been counted in Cincinnati's Hamilton County. Are the preceints that are left predominatly the inner city Democratic ones, or the outlying Republican ones.

Also, there's about 9 percent left in Toledo's Lucas County which has been trending Democratic.
