3. We MUST get this pushed up. Remember how K. Harris prevented the votes
from being counted, and THEN created an ambiguous deadline which was impossible to meet, allowing the Supreme Court to cut off the count?

WE MUST PUSH the counting of these ballots.

4. The state has a procedure for counting provisional ballots.

They've used them for a while. Their governor is not related to either candidate.

Edited to add: Election procedures are usually governed by the states. If the State of Florida's procedures had not been aborted by the Supreme Court, Bush might not be president now.
