Judge Breen is a Democrat, for what it's worth:

There's nothing in the law that says it has to influence a national election. He has to reject that motion...

Mr. Bush Jr. won the election. Bullshit, if Judge Breen makes his decision based upon this argument, we might as will fold up our Republic and call it the USSA just like the Freepers are!
