...the general public doesn't know that so many cases regarding the election are going to be investigated and in the courts. And maybe he thinks that the MSM would just spin in the wrong way, anyway? If you have great confidence, then maybe it's better to let parts of this play out under the radar of the MSM.
It's just a wild theory. I'm not sure I believe it.
I agree the we have to be smart with way we apply pressure to the media. You all see the way Jesse Jackson has been treated by the cable networks today.
A friend of mine once told me that nothing good happens fast. I imagine that is true here too. That's why I believe that our success lies in both immediate and constant pressure on all fronts concerning voting fraud, recounts, irregularities and our right to have our vote counted regardless of its' meaning to the outcome of the election.
Here is a quote from an MM email written soon after Nov. 2:
"Finally and most importantly, over 55 million Americans voted for the candidate dubbed "The #1 Liberal in the Senate." That's more than the total number of voters who voted for either Reagan, Bush I, Clinton or Gore. Again, more people voted for Kerry than Reagan. If the media are looking for a trend it should be this -- that so many Americans were, for the first time since Kennedy, willing to vote for an out-and-out liberal. The country has always been filled with evangelicals -- that is not news. What IS news is that so many people have shifted toward a Massachusetts liberal. In fact, that's BIG news. Which means, don't expect the mainstream media, the ones who brought you the Iraq War, to ever report the real truth about November 2, 2004. In fact, it's better that they don't."
