Is Bev Harris Okay??

No word here or on in BBV since Nov 24.

Maybe she just went home for thanksgiving, but I am a bit worried.

Anyone out there in Florida that can tell us she is okay?

6. Motion to Compel

Greg:

If you get a chance and they havn't done it already she needs to get the Florida Lady to have her lawyer file a motion to compel the BOEs to produce the documents.

That will force them to produce the docs, or be in contempt of court.

8. Do they know that anyone can get a recount now?

It would not be an official recount, but the ballots are now part of the public record and are available for viewing.

If you want them to show you each one there is a fee, but they can hold up the ballot while you look at it and you can do your own count. That is what the Miami Herald just did in 3 No FL counties. For some reason they decided not to finish Suwannee County. I don't think they were getting the results that they wanted. In the other two counties, Bush lost 8 votes and Kerry picked up 24 votes.

24 divided by 8 = 3
I don't know if that means anything. Just another odd set of numbers.
