Has anyone read "FUBAR" yet?

I just bought my copy of "FUBAR: America's Right-Wing Nightmare" by Sam Seder and Stephen Sherrill, and I'm very excited to read it. Sam is definitely my favorite Air America host, so I'm sure I'm going to love reading his book. :)

Has anyone else here on DU read it yet? If so, what are your thoughts on the book?

Also, is anyone planning on meeting Sam and Stephen on their book tour?
