Unsafe at Any Altitude: Failed Terrorism Investigations, Scapegoating 9/11

If any DU'er has info on the validity of these two authors it would be appreciated. I'd like to know if I should believe them since they have some info on the 9-11 hijackings that I hadn't seen before. I've always theorized the weapons may have been pre-placed on the aircraft prior to hijackers boarding. These authors outline a disturbing incident wherein some of the 9-11 hijackers dressed in aircraft maintenance garb tried and may have boarded the aircraft on the night of Sept 10th at least at Dulles.
