Is there at least one such old-fashioned paper book or new-fangled ebook?

I rather doubt it. At least I haven't yet come across such a book, and I've read a lot of the Near Death Experience literature. It's probably not all that likely that one paramedic would treat enough people who had a NDE, and who told him about it, to compile and anthology.

But if you're trying to recommend such a book that you know of, I'd love the title and author.
