Freepers, other citizens storm Sen. Specter's Office on Porkulus

For several days now the Freepers have been advertising their big protest, (their surge) on the Congress to protest a healthy America, (Stimulus Package). Well, yesterday was the big day so now they have their post about how successful it was and how lucky it was for Arlen Specter that he wasn't in his office yesterday. (Somehow I don't think that was an accident)

However, on first blush, I don't think it was as successful as they are trying to portray it as being. Usually, when one of their events is successful, meaning the full dozen shows up, they have pictures all over the place. However, on this thread they only have a picture, posted twice, of some loony right-wing mom and her 5 home schooled children. (You can't help but having sympathy for the children) Yet the postings are endless about how effective they were.

Thought I would post for those who need a good laugh today but also as an aside as to why we need better mental health care in America.

(Has anyone else noticed that their fund raiser for the website seems to be continuous 24x7x365 these days? I guess Jim Rob is thinking he needs to clean their pockets out while they still have money left in them to clean)

I love how they keep complaining because they can't understand Specter. "Duh, what did he say? Dat's a cirCUlar aaargUment!".. No freeps -that's logic mixed with intelligence and understanding.
