Sociopathic individuals are often charming, glib and spontaneous -- all advantages on a reality program where drama boosts the ratings -- but disadvantageous in real reality, unless you are a con man.

It seems a lot of reality contestants are getting themselves on the wrong side of the law.

I guess Rob Blagojevich would have been perfect after all.

Orange County prosecutors have filed a murder charge against a Ryan Alexander Jenkins, a Canadian man wanted in connection with the slaying of a Los Angeles swimsuit model.

The charge comes as officials in the United States and Canada are searching for the suspect. He was reportedly seen late Wednesday in Bellingham, Wash., where officials believe he may have walked across the border into Canada. Law enforcement officials said Jenkins used a boat to get to Point Roberts, from where he then could have walked into Canada.

Jenkins, a participant on the VH1 reality program "Megan Wants a Millionaire" and the self-described chief executive of a Canadian real estate development company, was named by Buena Park police as a person of interest in the slaying of 28-year-old Jasmine Fiore.

Canadian authorities said Wednesday that Jenkins had a previous conviction for assault on an unidentified woman. And in June, Jenkins was charged in Las Vegas with battery against his wife, Jasmine Kinkade-Jenkins, according to court records.

Seems someone has been watching too much CSI.

Police said Thursday that Jenkins, 32, removed the teeth and fingers of 28-year-old Jasmine Fiore, presumably to impede authorities in their efforts to identify the naked body, which was found stuffed in a suitcase in a California trash bin over the weekend.
Fiore, a former swimsuit model, and Jenkins were briefly married after a quickie Las Vegas wedding this year, and had been fighting in recent months. Prosecutors said the two checked into a San Diego hotel last Thursday, and Jenkins checked out the next morning. Fiore was not seen alive again.

2. I think you and I are the only ones following this story.

This guy is a major idiot. He reports her as missing within just a few hours of supposedly her leaving him and going back to Vegas, then after he kills her he took out her teeth and cut off her fingers which was a gross shocker, but obviously they knew who she was cause he had just reported her missing.

Then he runs for the border so he's obviously guilty.

I'm hoping they get him soon and put him away forever. This asshole makes me angry!

I'm hooked on the story cause I was watching the Megan Wants A Millionaire show and he was definitely one of the favorites though I think he probably finishes second on the show.

He mentioned on that show that he's wanting to marry an American because he can't "legally work in America" cause he's Canadian, so I think his marriage to this model was just a scam to get his visa.

Bizarre.

Investigators in California said Jasmine Fiore, 28, was identified using the serial number from her implants because detectives could not use fingerprints or dental records.
The US authorities are hunting for Ryan Alexander Jenkins her boyfriend, a reality TV contestant, who on Thursday was charged with her murder.
