Did Michael pull the old Switch-er-oo on us again?

Okay hear me out and don't go calling me a conspiracy theorist.

Two photos...

This one is the body carried from the UCLA hospital to the helicopter:

The size of the wrapped body does look suspicious. Things that make you go hmmm.

Will Smith's character says "You do know Elvis is dead?" and Tommy Lee Jones responds "Elvis isn't dead, he just went home."

I'm guessing the same thing with Michael Jackson.

But what does his autopsy have to do with his body taken from the hospital to the helicopter for a 20 flight as opposed to the way it looked as it was taken from the helicopter?

once upon a time hosptials used gurnies that dropped down so they almost looked empty and it wouldn't be obvious that a body was being wheeled away (so as not to freak out other patients and visitors). I don't know if they still use them, but that looks like one in the 2nd picture.
