Charlie Daniels Recovering from Stroke.. Link below

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Legendary fiddler and country star Charlie Daniels is recovering from a mild stroke.

Daniels was snowmobiling near his home in Durango, Colo., last Friday, when a family member says Daniels "felt something funny."

He manged to drive his snowmobile about 15 miles out of the mountains and called for help.

He was initially treated at a hospital in Durango and was later airlifted to Swedish Medical Center.

He was released from the hospital on Sunday, and his publicist says he's doing well.

Daniels is scheduled to start touring in late February.
