Poll question: Spring. Flowers. Cycle of Renewal.
It's springtime. Flowers are blooming in many places on earth. The cycle of renewal reasserts itself into the global -- and individual -- dialogue.

Can you see flowers out your window?

2. Holy yikes -- snow! Snow's pretty but not so good for flowers.
eShirl, all I can do is wish you a quick warm-up.

I hope even if it's delayed, your springtime will be worth the wait.

3. thanks!
Our Fall lasted well into January, too. Maybe we should be turning back the calendar a month instead of Springing the clock forward.

9. Yes they are; the birds say so.
The brave daffies are poking their heads through the snow cover, seeking the sun. There's the faintest mist of red in the maples and the pine trees are changing to their summer bright green.

What gifts we'll be given - daffodils, lady slippers, lilies-of-the-valley, woodruff, lilac, wild roses, cone flowers, day lilies and so many more. The bees and butterflies and birds will accept these gifts with joyous hearts.

Blessed be.

5. Petunias to the south, Mums to the west
and our Cayenne Peppers have nice little white blooms on them. Got pretty chilly last night but all is well. I had the tomatoes covered with buckets.

8. I planted them last tuesday
and yesterday afternoon they were looking at me pretty meanly. I think they'll make it. We have one more cold night to go. Our Mums were beautiful in winter and they look even better now.
