Also, it wouldn't hurt for it to have a history of actually having created the universe. I submit that anything less cannot be called a god, but rather is simply an incredibly advanced being, like Q.

...who will be granted access to incontrovertible evidence that this being exists, evidence that those so chosen won't possibly be able communicate to anyone else who isn't also deemed "worthy" to receive that very same evidence anyway, all while being totally in charge of everything that happens in the universe.
