my dream of witches....

In my dream I was riding along the abandoned seashore on a bicycle all alone, and the sun was just beginning to rise. Then I saw some old abandoned town houses, old but beautiful. That is when I stopped riding..a fatal error.

Some old ladies suddenly ran out of the abandoned town houses, and linked hands on the sandy shore. They moved slowly, they moved as one, they moved together to drown the boy. The whisper began to grow as they moved hand-in-hand in an interlinked chain "dance with wave, dance on shore, dance as one to drown this boy.."

The whisper became louder with each chant, and as more naked old ladies slowly joined the chain.."dance with wave, dance on shore, dance as one to drown this boy.."

This chanting and whispering became more hypnotic as it became louder, as the chain of naked old witches slowly grew, and soon the sun was on the horizon.."dance with wave, dance on shore, dance as one to drown this boy..dance with wave, dance on shore, dance as one to drawn this boy.."

But soon I could no longer escape, I couldn't even see the sun, I was surrounded by a growing chain of old women, only moving closer and closer, and the chant or whisper grew as more naked witches joined.."dance with wave, dance on shore, dance as one to drown this boy..dance with wave, dance on shore, dance dance as one to drown this boy"

I could only see old naked bodies, wicked smiles, and they waved in closer with each chant "dance with wave, dance on shore, dance as one to drown this boy, dance with wave, dance on shore dance as one to drown this boy!!!"

And then I awoke, it was only a nightmare...so goodmorning! :yoiks:

Sounds like a potent dream--why not share it over in that forum? I'd be interested to see what others think of it.

Or watch a movie about middle-aged women making a calendar as a fundraiser?
