2. I haven't done brackets in years...I seem to jinx the teams I root for...
...I was always tempted to pick my team to lose, realistically knowing they probably would win. But if I picked them to win, I knew they would lose. I would never win the office pool. It was a no-win situation!

3. 24-8
for the first round. Got some upsets right, missed a couple, e.g. Vermont. This weekend's biggest upset: NCSU over UCONN. Well, I had to go with my alma mater. Was there in '83 so I know some crazy shit can happen.

4. Mine was Cheyneyed when Vermont beat Syracuse...
...I had Syracuse winning it all. I did, however, correctly pick Bucknell to beat Kansas.

11. I had some good news and some bad news today
The good news is that I had picked West Virginia to go to the Elite 8, the bad news is that I had picked Oklahoma to go to the finals. Well, at least I hadn't picked them to win. Yeah, my are pretty much screwed.

14. I had Wake winning on one sheet
I guess I can wipe my Tome Delay with that one. Wake always chokes. I thought this would be the year they didn't. Just to make things worse they lost to the Mountaineers.

15. I was 22-10 in the first round
6-2 Saturday night; but Utah St really messed me up; I had them going to the round of 8. So far all my other teams for that round are still in, so I guess it could be worse.
