God the Bronco's are a mess.

I don't get what Marshall is thinking. He's already a behavior risk because of his off-field problems and suspensions. I think the Broncos would rather eat his salary this year than get bad value on a trade, so even if he's to get the trade he wants then they have to find a team willing to take on that risk plus his big contract contract plus give up value comparable to a young wide receiver with proven talent. I can't imagine that behavior is going to have interested teams upping their offers.

I guess he forgot about all the video cameras. Now he has really sullied his reputation. As you correctly pointed out he has seriously killed his trade value with this stunt.

any decent employer would never hire an employee if they displayed a similar attitude at any other job, but this is the NFL, where even murder and brutality apparently make you a desriable employee.

One thing to bail on your owners, it's another to bail on the guys busting their ass beside you every day. I hate fucksticks like that (hello Manny!!!).

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Pro Bowl receiver Brandon Marshall, openly unhappy with the Denver Broncos, was suspended by the team through Sept. 5 for what coach Josh McDaniels called "detrimental" conduct.

Marshall, who has brooded since demanding a trade and asking for a new contract, was informed of the suspension by McDaniels on Friday.

"We tried to handle this situation with Brandon as privately and professionally as we could throughout the entire process with he and his agent, Kennard McGuire," McDaniels said at a news conference. "This morning, we made the decision as an organization to go ahead and suspend Brandon and that suspension will last through Sept. 5th. We'll look forward to having him back on Sept. 6th as we begin our preparations for Cincinnati" in the Sept. 13 regular-season opener.

they may not have the name WR or a sure thing, but they are young talented and plentiful. If the Giants make a trade involving a WR it will be trading away someone like Moss.
