Big Unit willing to contribute as a reliever
Randy Johnson is playing catch from 90 feet and hopes to return as a reliever in as little as two weeks, with an outside chance that he could start a game or two toward the end of the season.

"This team is very close, right on the doorstep of what they want to do," Johnson said Sunday after his left shoulder was examined by team doctors. "I want to be part of it. Right now, I've made great progress.

If Johnson makes his return, he could feature as a situational lefty , possibly even go an inning or two...I doubt if he'll be starting, but I like his attitude.
