Favre might have cracked rib?
<snip>

"Minnesota Vikings QB Brett Favre told ESPN Monday that he might have a cracked rib. He hasn’t gotten an official diagnosis, but he says it causes him discomfort when he breathes in deeply.

Favre isn’t listed on the injury report and is expected to play a full half tonight against the Houston Texans."

Favre leads NFL in jersey sales

<snip>

"Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre already leads the National Football League in one statistic: jersey sales.

Favre ranks No. 1 in jersey sales at NFLShop.com for the period of April 1 through Aug. 28, according to a report on CNBC reporter Darren Rovell’s SportsBiz blog.

Favre has soared to the top of the list since signing with the Vikings on Aug. 18., passing up Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, whose jersey previously had been the most popular.

Running back Adrian Peterson is the only other Viking to crack the top 25, ranking ninth.

Other top sellers included Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu (No. 3), Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick (No. 4) and Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (No. 5)."

2. What if this is some huge elaborate plan by the packers to cripple their rival?
an elaborate plan two years in the making. They know they have a young talented QB and an aging popular QB. Let the popular guy go...

nah, this is too stupid, Favre fucked the vikings all on his own.
