1. It makes sense after the 5 yard line
You don't want defenders jamming receivers down field however that Hester call was right on the 5 yard mark. However, the way this hitting a defenseless receiver rule is being called is too much. I can understand a straight helmet to helmet shot but anything around the shoulder area is being called. How do you force a receiver to drop it by changing how these safeties played all their life?

However Packers just scored.
