GT crushed us last year---ran all over us.

This game is the litmus test to see if improvements have been made. Defense is still big time suspect---offense---well---I think we finally have a QB that can score some points.

28. Never, TZ.
I hear it's beautiful. Dayton was a full time experience. Got close, though. As a frat prank when I was pledging we were dumped not far from Oxford after being tied in the trunk...after consuming a bottle of MadDog. Luckily, one of the guys I was with could hotwire a car. So we got back to Dayton. This was in the days just after Animal House. Those crazy frat days. There's a town called Eaton not far from Dayton. The saying went, " I don't know if I'm datin' a girl from Eaton or...." well, you know.

10. I hate that it gets tougher
Miami (but go Wreck)
UT ('cause I'm silly)
Huskers (met Tom Osborne when I was in fifth grade)
Oregon (I'm a fan of waterfowl in general)
Oregon State (Cincinnati?)
Minnesota (I'm not mentioning any names, but in my house there is a root for the Big 10 rule)
BYU (saints forgive me)
Auburn (easy! War damn eagle)

bonus round - ND (booo), Boise State (better on the Smurf Turf, but still...), Texas (I like the little finger thingie), UCLA (no reason), Dawgs ('cause I'm stupid), Huskies (they're steadily improving), and my Hawks (I do live here).

13. Who I want to win
Georgia Tech
Florida
Virginia Tech
Utah
Cincinnati (Tough one as I really like both teams, I give the edge to the Bearcats based on the nice looking uniforms)
California
Florida St(Don't like both teams but dislike BYU far more)
Auburn

-------Fun picks--------
Michigan St
Boise St (Normally I'd root for Fresno St but I have to root for 1 team to go undefeated from the WAC and Fresno St is no longer eligible)
Texas Tech
Arkansas
USC
Iowa of course. Arizona is one of my least favorite teams in sports.

Okay, my picks this week are:
Miami
Tennessee (I hate the gators and their cupcake schedule)
Nebraska
Oregon
Cincy
Cal
FSU
Auburn

I'm stoke to see the Texas-Tech game. Should be a good one, in light of the garbage first half Texas played last week.

17. RT's pics
maybe this week, I can remove some of the emotions from my previous weeks' pics:

Miami(Fla) - Tech let off the gas and had to pull one out of their arses to beat Clemson; Miami should be ready, but hope they dont suffer a let down.

Florida - me thinks Urban Crier is going to "name his score" against Lane Kiffin

Virginia Tech - I dont care for either, but go with the home team

Oregon - is the sucker-punching RB still on the team?

Oregon State - Beavers!

Minnesota

BYU - send Diddy Bowden to the retirement line

Auburn - War Damn Eagle! Chizik and the Malzahn-O keep the offensive freight train steaming along the tracks again this week (would love to see a 3rd 500+ yard offensive performance in a row with Tate and McCaleb each getting over 100yds on the ground again for the 3rd week in a row).

*********************

Just for fun:

Michigan State

Fresno State.....

Texas Tech

UCLA ...

Arkansas...

Southern Cal.....

Arizona

Utah and Oregon will be interesting. I like Oregon and Utah hasn't really played anyone yet. It'll be interesting to see what happens in that one.

He said he came here to win and the only thing he said was the Pats have a better QB and better coach but he is not here to kiss Belichick's wins. Nothing out of the ordinary I'd expect any coach to say. You have to be confident in your ability to win.

54. I'd like to see the transcript of the press conference
just to know the context of the question asked and how he answered it. I say it was something I'd want my coach to say, "I came here to win". Besides I love most coaches for their sense of humor, however I never hear Wisenhut say anything funny. Anyways it may appear that I'm taking sides and I am, I want the Jets to win but don't worry. Whenever the Pats play an NFC team I root for them as well as all AFC teams when they play an NFC opponent. It helps the Cardinals whenever an AFC team beats a NFC foe.
