Now I know why the Dallas Cowboys never wanted to play the Dallas Texans in the 2 years they were in Dallas together.

1. The worst team?
Cassell was healthy and played well and I guess you didn't see the Raiders play today?

3. Oh yeah. How about the Rams?
15 or 16(Lost count really) straight loses. The last team they beat was the Cowboys last year.

23. I dunno about that.
With the exception of the Redskins, the Rams have been blown out by every team they've played.

In contrast, the Chiefs have been competitive in every game except against the Eagles.

I'll grant that the Raiders and Cowboys games suggest that they can overcome every gift handed to them by their opponents to find a way to lose.

10. I picked Oakland only because I thought a 15.5 pt spread was a little high
I guess it wasn't high enough.

12. Tom Cable still could face felony assault charges too
San Francisco Chronicle, Monday, October 12, 2009

Raiders assistant Randy Hanson isn't waiting for a potential trial to state his case against Raiders coach Tom Cable.

Hanson went on the record to accuse Cable of breaking his jaw in a training-camp altercation Aug. 5 in Napa. Hanson described the alleged assault to Yahoo! Sports in his first public interview regarding the case.

"From my blindside, Tom Cable threw me from my chair and into a piece of furniture that a lamp sat upon," Hanson said, per the online story. "He was screaming, 'I'll (expletive) kill you! I'll (expletive) kill you!' And I have no reason to believe he wouldn't have killed me if they hadn't pulled him away.

"If my head would've hit a different way, I might be dead right now."

The team is imploding. And they don't acquire football players. Athletes, yes. Football players, no. Not all the time.

13. Was at the Giants - Raiders game, Raiders the worst team I ever saw
and I've seen some real stinkers from the Giants over the years, but the Raiders were completely pathetic. The Giants socred at will and could have scored 70+ points if they wanted to. Eli didn't even play the entire first half.

6. Or the Rams or Bucks...
they were god-awful today again as well.

Hell, the Browns won with the worst QB line I've ever seen.
Anderson 2/17 for 23 yards, 2 yards rushing, no TD's, 1 INT.

14. They lost by two to the Giants and seven to the Broncos.
Interesting, but the Cowboys could easily be 5-0 or 1-4.

15. The Cowboys just stink on ice.
They are not a good team. They aren't as horrible as the Raiders and Browns of the NFL but they aren't good.

as the Patriots.

are in that same situation also.

24. Good teams don't have an orgy in the end zone to celebrate
just barely scraping by to beat in overtime one of the worst three teams in the NFL.
