Nobody interested in the Bankees - Halos game?
Edited on Mon Oct-19-09 08:37 PM by El Supremo
I know. After all the Broncos game has started!

But anyway, I heard Dave Campbell say that this is the first time EVER that the Yankers have blown a three or more run lead in a postseason game. Wow! :wow:

2. You got that right sir
Chargers have a 10-7 lead. I have zoned out a bit but is Brian Dawkins back in the game or still hurt? :toast: to the Angels.

5. I don't understand one thing, though
Why did they say when Jerry Hairston Jr came in for Johnny Damon that Rivera would now be hitting in Hairston's spot?? I don't understand this at all. I thought Hairston became the DH and now my head is spinning.

7. Because Hairston was the DH, I think...
So by placing the DH into a fielding position, you loose the ability to use the DH. Therefore the pitcher becomes the 9th batter. However, the person that was the DH keeps his spot in the hitting rotation. So since Damon was hitting third, the pitcher gets placed in the spot.

MLB certainly cleared his ass fast...Didn't they?
We certainly cannot have the alleged "best closer in the game" and playing for the Yankees being accused of cheating..can we?

8. It was over before I left work! How could I watch?
The scheduling of these games seems completely random. But they clearly don't want anyone on the West Coast to catch a pitch, if possible.

9. There is definitely an east coast / Bankees bias.
