Hialeah Horse track is on it's way back ---Fantastic.

They resume racing Nov. 28th--- Check the video of the rehab going on.

This is the Park that I saw two of the greatest horses ever---Secretariat and Spectacular Bid. It's also a park that I lost a considerable amount of money---:-)

When the park was in it's heyday, it was the most beautiful racetrack in the world.

He wintered and trained there but I'm fairly certain he never ran a race.

Seattle Slew, Alydar and Spectacular Bid ran at Hialeah in the great racing period of the late '70s.

Regardless, thanks for the link. Great news indeed. I was awed by the place from my first visit, at about age 6. :)
