More proof of the East Coast Bias (This time by the NCAA)
The Division I mens championship was played in that bastion of east coast liberalism! Indianapolis, Indiana.

The Division I women's championship was played in the east coast state that has provided the country with one of the most liberal presidents of the last 50 years! San Antonio, TX!!

4. Ridiculous
Not only isn't Texas part of the West Coast...but parts of the state are closer to the East Coast.

For example, Dallas is 1381 miles from NYC. Yet, it's 1480 miles from San Francisco.

5. So anything that's not "West Coast" is part of the vast East Coast Bias
conspiracy?

6. Just because the Dallas Cowboys play in the NFC East, does not
make Texas part of the East Coast.

Un-fucking-believable!

9. Seems to me that you have an anti-central bias
Anything that is in the center, you just dismiss.

10. Upton has never been east of the Rockies. Hence the West Coast Bias from him.

11. I find it amusing that two teams from eastern time in an eastern time city for the final
started the game at almost 9:30 p.m. so that West Coast people wouldn't whine about it being on too early.

12. The South has consistently been a bigger backer of women's college basketball. UConn's fans
are the exception. But the attendance ratings in the South are large: UTexas, UTenn, LaTech, Baylor, Old Dominion, etc. all do well.
