but what impressed me more in mourinho, me a supporter of inter milan since a child, is his way to motivate and give the team the self-reliance of the champions, something the black/blues have always lacked. with him, there was no problem among the players, no trouble. he punished the restless with a silencer, and gave them a chance when he saw them ready.
he managed the moods of eleven champions (each of the players was/is player in their own national teams) and made them humble, ready to sacrifice for the sake of the team.
