It's Seattle Slew II by half a length on the inside of Foolish Pleasure II-- AND ROUND THE OUTSIDE--HERE COMES SECRETARIAT II!!

This is what I want to see. Clone racing. I am serious.

it's getting on toward 30 f'n years, with no relief in sight. It's beginning to remind me of, you know, that baseball thing that ended last fall, only it's for everyone, not just one region. :(

#423943-X-5 ("Secretariat Jr.") might be the only way out of it...

4. The best 3 year old isn't even running in the Triple Crown

this year - that would be Lost in the Fog.

Personally, I don't give too much of a hootenanny about the TC...older horses, and the turf is where it's at for me!

5. Lost In The Fog is awesome.....

He is another Dr. Fager in the making. I wish he could get more than 7 furlongs though. But, goddamn, he just runs away from everybody and I love seeing him race.

How did you like the Dixie at Pimlico yesterday? I thought it was one of the most exciting turf races I've seen in a while. Cool Conductor and Artie Schiller put on a hell of a show. I still think Artie was the better horse.

but I heard it was a great race. Dang! I would have loved to see it - nothing I like better than a great turf race. They were crawling, I see. 52 for the half? :wow:

We don't have a racing channel where I live, so I'm relegated to either the major networks or what I can find on the net. Pimlico is Magna so no free replays. :-( Even ESPN, who used to have videos of a couple big races per week, doesn't any longer.

Lost in the Fog is a freak. I'm so glad they didn't try the TC trail. I'm not a sprint fan, but I always have time for this fella.

8. I'd love to but...

Belmont is a little far for me. Shoulda gone last year when they had it at Lone Star ... would've been nice to see the 'Zapper, Ghostzapper.

I sure home Lost in the Fog hooks up with some older horses later this year.

9. I watched Lost in the Fog at Aqueduct

It was the same day Bellamy Road won the Wood.

Lost in the Fog is a small horse but he has really effortless
action. Nice to watch.
