19. give me a break.
if this had happened to some other team than indiana, like say FSU, florida, OSU, oklahoma, miami, usc, notre dame or some other school with a decent football tradition, i suspect there'd be a lot less bitching and complaining about the score.

it'd be more of an insult to the other team if the badgers second and third stringers didn't play their best. to not take the game serious is a real insult to both teams, who are out there to win.

the players all had their big boy boxers on, and realize someday you're grass, other days, the lawnmower man.

if i was indiana, i'd be looking for a new defensive co-ordinator/coach.

spare me the pout-rage.

4. A badger fan checking in...
Though a Hawk after many years, I'm a Wisconsin alumn and will always love my Badgers, too. Maybe I'm just old now, with different priorities. Running up the score like that, especially against an inter-conference foe, is unneighborly. And somehow disrespectful. I keep looking for reasons to like Bielema and I keep finding myself disappointed in him.

6. They had their second and third stringers in there
It's not like the first stringers were running up the score.

7. Wisconsin threw a 74 TD pass midway through the 4th qtr
when the score was already 69-13. Now if that isn't running up the score, I don't know what is..

Though I have to say, considering we are in the day and age of the BCS, I can't really blame them..

8. That was a freshman QB - not the starter
Let him get a little experience. And like you say, with the BCS, scores do matter.

12. I wish they did
but they don't. Margin of victory is not scored in the BCS.

13. Yeah, but margin of victory
does effect the polls and polls are part of the BCS formula. So it only follows that MOV does indeed have an impact on BCS rankings.

9. It was 3rd and 6. The short routes werent open
Should the backup not get any experience at all and just run the ball? Or should he have taken the sack?

10. OK---he played 2nd and 3rd stringers most of the second half...
and they still destroyed Indiana.

What were they to do--- kneel on the ball in the 3rd quarter?

14. Would like nothing more than for Wisky to win out, and go to a BCS bowl. But no Roses.
Go Iowa this weekend against OSU. Cuz if we win out, and it's just Wisconsin and MSU as one-loss teams, we go the Rose Bowl.

You would go to a very nice BCS bowl, however. Wouldn't that be nice?

We are way too good this year. And it's the Cleveland Cavaliers' loss.
