4. I blame Howard Schultz for all this..
the Sonics, er, Thunder are now 44-23. You knew with their young talent they were going get good once they left Seattle. Schultz is obviously not a poor or stupid man, but he goes and sells the Sonics to an ownership group he knew full well had intentions of moving the team to OKC and then lied about it..

15. You are 100% right. And for what?
Supposedly it was some personal spat with Greg Nickels (whom I do not like). I basically boycott Starbucks now - but good luck getting Seattlites to do that.

16. I boycott them too now Lisa..
though in truth I was never a frequent customer and there are only 2 Starbucks located within about 30 miles of me...

I remember there were polls taken around when the Sonics moved and most Puget Sound sports fans blamed Schultz. Trouble is, everybody else was just apathetic and could have cared less...

10. I always enjoyed Reggie (the Knick Killer) Miller draining seven points in seven
second to beat the Knicks.

That was classic!!!

11. I always liked the Pacers as my favorite Eastern team
Edited on Thu Mar-17-11 01:39 PM by JonLP24
I actually didn't watch that series but I seen Miller hit a game winning 3 over Jordan in game 6 of the 1998 Eastern Conference Finals. Then there was strike and a short season, I believe they had the best record in the east but they fell to the Knicks in 1999 Eastern Conference Finals, then the Knicks lost to the twin towers. Pacers had a great team in 2000, leading the league in FG%, but the Lakers were too powerful that year. A few years after that they fell to the Pistons in the East finals and the year after that they started the season with the best record in the east then Ron Artest....
