1. I heard that. Weekend away for Boston fans, I guess.
I was at a weekend series there earlier in the year, and there were thousands there while Baltimore was in first. Sox seem to have many "home" parks these days.

3. I've seen my Jays playing the Sox a few times at the Skydome...
and it's amazing how many Bostonians make the trip. There's about a 2 to 1 ratio of people wearing Sox garb versus people with Blue Jays apparel.

It's the same deal with the Yankmes. They're a lot more obnoxious though. e.g. some drunk fuck in a Yankmes shirt loudly ending every sentence with an exagerrated "eh?". (Yes, asshole, it is really fucking amusing that people in Canada talk a bit differently than the residents of northern New Jersey.)

4. Someone from the Orioles said they've played their last home game
Even with the games being at Camden Yards there'll be more Boston fans this weekend and then more Yankee fans than O's fans.

The O's and the Jays will have a big say in who wins the division.

5. Herds of Sox fans show up every time they play the Orioles.
I imagine it's more pronounced with a division lead on the line. And, as the Orioles suck, it's probably easy for them to get tickets.

I was there to see the Sox one 4th of July. Lots of Sox fans and beautiful day.

6. Cleveland used to get lots of Jays fans
when the Jays were going well and the Tribe was - well, the Tribe of old.

I always figured it was a good thing for the economy of the city. And the Canadian fans were pleasant and polite.
