1. No one's going to win at Peyton's Place.
But no one else is going to Peyton's Place outside of the Broncos.

3. Only if Plummer can get it in the end zone.
Man... I think Elam is our MVP this year.

5. Not a problem, he tied Elway for most TD passes in a season
Edited on Tue Jan-04-05 04:43 PM by Champ
However, the Broncos are the best team between the 20's, it's when they get in the red zone they start becoming ineffective. Scoring against the third worst defense will not be a problem especially with runners like Bell(will probaly be the fastest guy on the field this Sunday), Droughns, and Hearst in the backfield.

4. Hopefully the Colts!
I think I despise the Broncos more than I (pathetically) love the Vikings.

But I wouldn't overlook the Bronx.

7. The Broncs might as well stay home.
Manning and crew are tough to beat in that dome, I think they win this easily. The tough game for the Colts will be the cold outside game the following week. Dome teams simply do not fare well in that situation.

9. It's just a football field with 100 yards between the goals

RCA Dome plays a role but it comes down to the players on the field. Broncos D-Line and Linebacking corp won't have a problem stopping James or applying pressure on Manning imo. The offense is healthy and they have a balanced attack. They won't have problems moving the ball against the 3rd worst defense. Aside from key turnovers and big special team plays the outcome of the game comes down to the play of Denver's secondary. Manning, Harrison, Wayne, Stokely vs Bailey, Herndon, Roc Alexander, Lynch and Kenoy Kennedy. Harrison vs Bailey will be good, Reggie Wayne outmatches Herndon, Stokely overly outmatches the rookie Roc Alexander so Denver's last line of defense(Lynch and Kennedy) will have to be very detail oriented, aware, physical, and virtually leave no room for error. Definately a game worth watching.

10. Apparently there are 7 die-hard Broncos fans here!
I can't believe anyone thinks the Broncos are going to come close to staying with Indy. I don't like Manning, and if he had an awful day, and Denver won, I would be ecstatic! However, we got a better chance of uncovering election fraud that the mainstream media will pick up!

5th rated offense and 6th rated defense is nothing to mess with. Take a look at my anaylis and tell me what is bias about it? Denver has two pro bowlers in their secondary but lack depth.

12. Have you been impressed with Broncos during ANY game this season?
Nope. They have never looked at all impressive, or above medicore.

It ain't gonna be pretty--start drinking now!:toast:

13. Actually I have
Defense played well first 6 games of the season, shut down the last two opponents while the offense rolled.

14. Well, I wish you luck--I'd like to see the Broncos win (I'm in Denver)
but I really don't think it's gonna happen. Love to see Peyton Manning really play lousy--up until last year he never won a play-off game. Like to keep him at the lowly number of one!

16. That's right--I thought Indy had a first-round bye...
...KC did, but they were waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over-rated last year, and then Eli actually ran into a decent team (the Pats) and he showed his true, sucky colors.

I PRAY he never wins it all!

17. I don't have an opinion about Eli....
But I'm sure praying that Peyton wins it all this year and a couple more times in his career. His hard work and dedication to the game should be rewarded.(Not to mention all of us long suffering Colts fans) :)

18. Hey, you don't know what suffering is unless you're a Red Sox fan!
Well, I know a few BALTIMORE Colts fans who are very bitter--still--over their team's move, and wish them only the worse.

You know, I liked the Colts and Peyton until this year. Anyway, you guys are gonna roll tomorrow! And I say this while I'm typing from Denver!:)
