No Meechigan - Ohio State Thread?
Come on Buckeyes, why aren't you rubbing it in big time? Is Lloyd Carr becoming John Copper in maize and blue?

1. Possibly because OSU damned near LOST that game.
UGLY game. An EXCITING one, but ugly. Michigan's lack of a running game, OSU's horrendous special teams and ball handling . . . too bad Troy Smith is a better late season player than an early season one. You'd be seeing the Buckeyes in a lot better position than they are now. I STILL don't see how they lost to overrated Penn State.

Wonder how many fans are going to be calling for Lloyd's head?

7. REAL Michigan fans don't start screaming for the coach to be fired
We follow the ins and outs; we know what's going on. Michigan was decimated with injuries this year. It happens.

7-4 is a lousy record for Michigan, true. But until it happens consistently we are just fine with our coach, thank you. This is the team that's gone to more consecutive bowl games than any other team in the country .

The screaming for the coach's head is a time honored tradition about 65 miles northwest of Ann Arbor. And it's begun after another 5-6 season and no bowl game.

9. OSU appeared to be playing themselves
with out OSU's mistakes Michigan would have never been in that game. I will give them credit they took advantage of what they were given.

5. A good win for the Buckeyes...
just the thing to set up a loss in a bowl game to Notre Dame.

I thought the unsportsmanlike conduct penalty on Santonio Holmes(?) on the touchdown was absolute horseshit.

8. A DU'er once actually posted about how UM NEVER gets a call
First of all that is a stupid thing to say-everyone gets a call from time to time...except my team

Second-MICHIGAN!!! are you kidding? What was that fantom Defensive holding call on Schliegel on 3rd down that not one ABC camera caught. Not ONE!?!??!

10. I disagree with you there
that showboating diving stuff is juvenile and offensive, and it should be stopped. I hate it no matter who's playing (Michigan State seems to do it every time they score a touchdown.) I'm glad the refs called it and I would be glad if they called it on my team, too.

13. That would be all fine and good...
...but what the Ohio State player did was in no way, shape or form "showboating". So we'll have to agree to disagree.

14. That flying through the air dive-y thing is relatively recent
and I will be happy to see the end of it.
