Ric Flair Surrenders On Assault Charges


"After denying assault allegations, wrestling legend Ric Flair surrendered to authorities at the Mecklenburg County jail.

"The Nature Boy" was released on a $1,000 bond less than two hours after he turned himself in Tuesday.

Flair is charged with injury to personal property and simple assault and battery, both misdemeanors.

The charges stem from an incident last week in which Flair allegedly got out of his car, grabbed a motorist by the neck and kicked the door of the motorist's sport utility vehicle. That left the motorist with bruises and a dent in his Toyota Four-Runner."

The Dirtiest Player in the Game is not a nickname one would like when one goes to court.

4. Hey wait a minute
I caught a few minutes of wrasslin' Monday and someone named HH claimed that Flair was in the hospital. He said that he (HH) put him there. Did Flair have a miraculous recovery? :sarcasm:

5. I would have thrown him into the turnbuckle
But he probably would have done that thing where he flips before he hits it, and that allows him to go over the ropes, land on the edge of the ring, run to and climb the other turnbuckle to jump off and deliver an elbow to my head.

I used to watch a lot of wrestling with my dad in the 80s. I was always impressed by that move.

I hope he goes into court in one of his lavish robes to show the judge up.
