Outback bowl disappointment

way to go conference usa officials. The beloved hawkeyes would probably have lost the game by themselves anyway but bad calls on key plays only gives us hawk fans more to complain about. OFfsides on that final onside kick? Are you kidding me?
congrats to Florida for playing a great game and looking very good. But it still sucks

1. The officiating was horrid

Yeah Iowa gave away 14 points on turnovers, but I have yet to see Greenway offside on the onside kick, or Solomon grabbing anyone's facemask, or Leak getting deliberlatey speared, or Hinkle catching the ball out of bounds. There were, however, 12 men on the field for Florida on one play and that didn't get called. I certainly that the Outback Bowl gets better officials for next years game. And I hope this crew will never ever work anywhere near any Iowa games.

Michigan suffered the same fate in the Alamo Bowl; totally, totally incompetent officiating.

3. Iowa State alum here

and I always root for the Hawks when they're not playing my Cyclones. Iowa was totally screwed on the "offsides" call. I was literally yelling at the T.V.

So is this "offsides"?

I think not!

sorry about those clones, I still think they were about twelve plays away from playing in a Jan. 2 bowl game. They are very good just need to be consistent.
