Jerry Kramer To Get His Superbowl I Ring Back - Neat Story

I heard a few years back, that my hero, Ray Nitschke had his ring stolen. His son John apparently is the reason Kramer found out about his ring turning up. Wonder if Ray's ring can be found too?

I e-mailed him (I met him recently at our "Fan Fest," and told him that my hero, Ray Nitschke's ring was stolen a few years back. I asked him if he could help out with that since Ray's son John helped him. It sure would be cool if he could. I have weird good luck with stuff like this, so maybe it'll work out.

3. The auction house can't return the ring until they "authenciate" it?
Why didn't they authenticate it BEFORE they put it up for sale?
